The Goji (Lycium Barbarum), considered as a « Super fruit » and an important source of antioxidant, is one of the most nutritious foods in the world. From the Tibetan plateau to Mongolia and the valley of the Yellow River in China, this small scarlet fruit growing in altitude (1000-2800m), is especially appreciated for its light sweetness and is well-known for its excellent effects on health and well-being. In Chinese medicine, the GOJI is used since millenniums to improve health and notably the eyes and liver system.
